BOOKINGS, DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATION
For bookings from:
Glasfryn Kennels requires you to pay a deposit of £10 per kennel and/or £5 per cattery bay per day for the duration of a stay. All deposits must be paid within 5 days of making a booking at which time the booking will be confirmed in writing. The outstanding balance will be payable on the date of arrival.
If a deposit is required, bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been paid, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Glasfryn Kennels’ management.
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel any booking within 14 days, whether the booking was made by phone or email. If a booking is cancelled within 14 days, the full deposit will be refunded.
To cancel the booking, you should either phone or message Glasfryn Kennels on 07563 385797 or email info@glasfrynkennels.co.uk
Glasfryn Kennels will confirm in writing that the booking has been cancelled.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you cancel any individual booking at any time prior to the date of arrival the following conditions shall apply:
If you cancel within 14 days of making any booking - We will refund 100% of any deposit paid.
If you cancel any booking more than 6 calendar months before the scheduled date of arrival- We will refund 100% of any deposit paid
If you cancel any booking between 6 and 2 calendar months before the scheduled date of arrival- We will refund 100% of any deposit paid, less an administration fee of £20.
If you cancel any booking between 1 and 2 calendar months before the scheduled date of arrival - We will keep 50% of any deposit paid OR £20 administration fee, whichever is the HIGHER value, and we will refund the remaining amount.
If you cancel any booking between 2 weeks and 1 calendar month -We will keep 75% of any deposit paid OR £20 administration fee, whichever is the HIGHER value, and we will refund the remaining amount
If you cancel any booking less than 2 weeks before the scheduled date of arrival -No refund shall be given.
If you have not paid a deposit and you cancel your booking within 2 weeks of the scheduled date of arrival, you may be charged a cancellation fee of £10 per kennel and/or £5 per cattery bay per day for the duration of your cancelled booking.
This cancellation fee is payable prior to any further bookings being accepted.
It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure that your pet is fully vaccinated, and over 14 days has passed since any kennel cough vaccination. If you are turned away because of issues regarding vaccination, then no refund of any deposit will be given.
Glasfryn Kennels may cancel any booking if you do not provide all reasonably requested information to enable Glasfryn Kennels to agree the booking/provide boarding or there are circumstances outside of GlasfrynKennels’ control which require the booking to be terminated.
If Glasfryn Kennels cancel any booking (other than due to vaccination issues) the full deposit will be refunded.
