BOOKINGS, DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATION
For all booking of £100 or greater, Glasfryn Kennels requires you to pay a deposit of £10 per kennel/£5 per cattery bay per day for the duration of the stay. All deposits due must be paid within 4 days of making the booking at which time the booking will be confirmed in writing. The outstanding balance will be payable on the date of arrival.
If a deposit is required, bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been paid, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Glasfryn Kennels’ management. Provisional bookings, where a deposit is to be paid, are kept for a maximum of 4 days and will be cancelled if the deposit is not paid in that time.
Where a deposit has not been requested to be paid, the booking shall still be subject to our normal Cancellation Policy.
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel any booking within 14 days, whether the booking was made by phone or email. If a booking is cancelled within 14 days, we will refund the full deposit which has been made.
To cancel the booking, you should either:

Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you cancel any individual booking at any time prior to the date of arrival the following conditions shall apply:
If you cancel within 14 days of making any booking - We will refund 100% of any deposit paid.
If you cancel any booking more than 2 calendar months before the scheduled date of arrival -We will refund 100% of any deposit paid, less an administration fee of £20.
If you cancel any booking between 1 and 2 calendar months before the scheduled date of arrival - We will keep 50% of any deposit paid OR £20 administration fee, whichever is the HIGHER value, and we will refund the remaining amount.
If you cancel any booking between 2 weeks and 1 calendar month -We will keep 75% of any deposit paid OR £20 administration fee, whichever is the HIGHER value, and we will refund the remaining amount
If you cancel any booking less than 2 weeks before the scheduled date of arrival -No refund shall be given.
If you have not paid a deposit and you cancel your booking within 2 weeks of the scheduled date of arrival, you will be charged a cancellation fee of £10 per kennel/£5 per cattery bay per day for the duration of your cancelled booking. The cancellation fee is payable prior to any further bookings being accepted.
Cancellation of bookings which take place after 12.00 noon on the day before the scheduled date of arrival or in the event of no show, the full amount of the booking will be chargeable and must be paid prior to any future bookings being agreed.
Glasfryn Kennels deems failure to pay and/or failure to uphold bookings very seriously and has the right to refer any debt owed to a legal debt recovery team.
Glasfryn Kennels may cancel the booking if:
If Glasfryn Kennels cancel any booking, the full deposit will be refunded.
